Our annual Members’ Passes are wonderful value and allow members to visit the Gardens as many times as they wish throughout the year.

In addition to unlimited entry into the Gardens and Museum, a Membership Pass also gives the following benefits:

- 10% Discount on full-priced items in the Gift Shop, excluding plants and offers.

- Discounted entry to selected ticketed events.
- Two “Bring a Friend” vouchers.
- Free access to Scampston Walled Garden and Parkland between 1st April to 31st May and 1st September to 31st October 2021 – Open Wednesday to Sunday each week, including Bank Holidays.

Membership Update – July 2020
Thank you to everyone who has renewed or purchased a new Membership since March. All annual passes purchased prior to lockdown are now valid until 1 July 2021.
We wanted to let you know that we are no longer adhering to a March to March membership period and that every pass now purchased will run for twelve months from the date the application is processed.
Closure during lockdown has had a significant impact on the Trust’s cash resources, especially coming as it did at the start of our main season. Every membership purchased will help us build up a cash reserve to tide us through the months to come.
When renewing your Membership if you are able to Gift Aid your application, we would be able to claim 25p of tax on every £1 you give, which all helps the Gardens.
PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE GARDENS TO PURCHASE OR RENEW MEMBERSHIPS.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE REDUCED NUMBERS OF STAFF IN OUR VISITOR CENTRE AND THEY WILL BE ENGAGED IN PROCESSING VISITORS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY, AND WE WISH TO AVOID ANY DELAYS CAUSED TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE BOOKED TO COME INTO THE GARDENS.
Instead, Memberships can be processed by telephone via our customer service phone line 01759 307125 between 2pm and 4.30pm daily. Please note that this is the ONLY period during the day when memberships can be purchased or renewed by telephone.
Alternatively, you can complete an electronic version of the Membership Application, using the highlighted link below, and send it by e-mail to Heather@burnbyhallgardens.com.
On receipt of your electronic form, you will be telephoned to arrange a card payment and your Membership Card can be collected when you book and visit.
Postal applications, using a printed copy of the Membership Application form with a cheque enclosed, can be processed as usual and Membership Cards can be collected when you book and visit.
If you are a previous member and received a renewal invitation in March, you will have received a Membership Application form in the post. This can be completed and posted to us for process in the same way.
